In-Person Seed Professional Development Day

Join us for our annual in-person Seed Professional Development day, focusing on solutions for challenging behaviors and promoting safe relationships with children and families. We are jazzed to be able to donate our time to share these tools with you. Attend the morning or afternoon session; each session includes both 90 minute workshops by S.E.E.D. Certification® educators. A virtual option is available if you cannot attend in person.
Workshop 1:Â Overcoming Behavior Challenges in the Classroom with Alyssa Blask Campbell
You’ll leave this workshop with the tools to:
- Respond to disrespect and defiance in the classroom
- Avoid reinforcing misbehaviors
- Set and hold boundaries in a way that is sustainable for the classroom
- Support regulation in the classroom to reduce challenging behaviors and stop meltdowns before they begin
- Build healthy peer relationships and social success in the classroom
Workshop 2:Â Building Safe and Connected Relationships with Children and Families with Ellen Drolette
You’ll leave this workshop with the tools to:
- Create a culture of connection and safety in your classroom
- Understand why safe relationships are necessary in a learning environment
- Bridge the gap between home and the classroom
- Navigate difficult conversations with families
