We know that when teachers and providers have the tools and support to respond to challenging behaviors in an emotionally supportive way, the entire dynamic of the classroom changes. Children feel safe and at ease (which means less challenging behaviors!) and teachers feel supported and empowered.  That is why it is our goal to remove any financial barriers and make the S.E.E.D. Certification® accessible to every teacher, provider and school in the state of Vermont who interacts with our tiny humans with big emotions! Please consider sharing the survey with others as we work to show that there is a need for this support!
